This year marks the 300th anniversary of Antoni van Leeuwenhoek's death in Delft. In honour of this, TU students have designed an exhibition.

Commissioned by TU Delft Science Centre, 25 students from the minor spaces of display designed an exhibition on Van Leeuwenhoek and his successors such as Willem Beijerinck and Gerrit van Iterson Jr. The expo focuses on both the history and future of microscopy.

The exhibition ‘Focus: 25 students designing for Antoni van Leeuwenhoek' can be visited free of charge from 27 January to 11 February in Open, the meeting centre in Delft’s public library. (MvdV)
