- ‘Other’ also includes purchased housing and private landlords. The data is partly submitted by the Municipality and partly by student associations themselves. The Municipality of Delft states: ‘There are 17,300 students (on 1 October 2021) (pre-university education and higher general secondary education) not living at home in Delft. Further local analysis (processed by Duwo) show that 45% of them are housed by Duwo, 9% by other housing corporations, 36% live in private rentals, and 8% have informal housing, and 2% in bought homes or elsewhere.’
