• In 2011, there were 25,878 international students studying at Dutch universities, reports figures from the Universities in the Netherlands umbrella organisation. Last year this number had tripled: 79,826. The number of international students at TU Delft has also risen sharply, from 2,555 in 2011 to 6,417 in 2021.
