The Municipality writes, for example, in the Woonvisie 2016-2023: ‘We will continue to strive towards better availability and a sizable expansion of the social student rental accommodation, in particular on Campus”. In the 2018 Woonmonitor it states: “In the Taskforce, TU Delft, DUWO and the Municipality are discussing the locations where the student housing can be built. The emphasis lies on locations on and around the TU Delft campus, Schieoevers, and the possible renovation of buildings.’
