What happened after the flames destroyed the old building of the Faculty of Architecture in 2008?

You may know about the fire in 2008 that destroyed the old Faculty of Architecture and Design building. And you may be familiar with the story of how the new (actually old) building was prepared with ingenuity and speed.

But, did you know the faculty managed to create a fully functional makeshift Camp Campus within just a week? The faculty‘s facilities team put up large tents, complete with wifi and designated areas for classes, presentations and meetings. According to Alexandra Den Heijer’s ebook Managing the University Campus, the space soon even got its own faculty pub.
