Delta can help internationals settle in

Housing, language, making Dutch friends, getting to know your way around Delft, loneliness. Studying at TU Delft is so much more than just attending classes and spending hours on end in the library. Delta helps to address problems that international students sometimes deal with and help solve them.

One of the ways we can help you settle in in Delft is with our Survival Guide. We publish an item every week on practical subjects such as biking rules, or learning Dutch. You can find a new Survival Guide item on our website every Monday. Find older items by clicking the Campus tab on this website.

But we can do more than this. With our journalism we can help identify problems, and we can have authorities such as Duwo or TU Delft answer important questions. Why we do this? Because we want to help international students feel at home in Delft.

We need your help

We cannot do this alone. We talk to students all the time to find out what is going on in their lives. This is how we know that housing is an issue for some – or many? – international students – you can read about that tomorrow on this website.

We need your help. Simply e-mail Delta or Delta’s international reporter, Roos van Tongeren, or comment on our Facebook page if you have tips or contributions. That way, we can make TU Delft a pleasant place for everyone.
