Selin Saygili (25, from Izmir, Turkey), happily brews her coffee in this small pot, as do many people in Turkey. Because she is so crazy about coffee, her mother brought Selin this cezve last November, when she came to visit her in Delft. Unfortunately, her favourite brand of coffee isn’t sold here in the Netherlands. Selin came to Delft two years ago after receiving her BSc degree in Istanbul. She is now pursuing an MSc in systems engineering, policy, analysis and management at the faculty of Technology, Policy and Management.
